  • At this time, butters&beans kids ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, butters&beans kids ships merchandise to Canada, Mexico, Australia and some European locations. b&b does not ship to all worldwide locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this website passes to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.



  • Sales Tax

  • butters&beans kids charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this website based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped. Sales on non-clothing items will be charged 7.125% tax for Minnesota sales only.



  • Return Policy

  • butters&beans always guarantees that you will love our product - if you do not, you may always return it to us. You must contact us to begin your return process within five days of receiving your items. You can exchange your items for a different size or receive a refund via the same method the purchase was made. We will also be glad to exchange your merchandise for anything on our site of equal or lesser value. We will only issue a refund to the credit card used at the time of checkout. To initiate a refund or exchange please fill out the form on the Contact Us tab of this website or contact us via telephone to obtain an RA number. Please do not return your items until an RA number has been issued. Items must be in unworn, unwashed condition with tags attached.



  • Miscellaneous

  • *Crib Safety — It is recommended that babies ages birth to 12 months are put to sleep on their backs in their cribs. Babies should not be put to sleep with blankets, pillows or plush animals in their cribs. Please consider using a sleeper suit. If you choose to use a blanket, please make sure that babies head remains uncovered, and that the blanket is tucked into the mattress on the sides and foot of the crib only as far as the babies chest.

    *Measurements - For special order or custom garments, you may need to take your child's measurements. When you take measurements, please follow these guidelines:

    Waist: Measure around your child's waist, so the measuring tape crosses the belly button.

    Shoulder Width: Measure across the back, from one edge of one shoulder to the other edge of the other shoulder.

    Hollow to hem: Just down from the front of the neck, you will feel a small bone called the "hollow". Measure from this bone to the floor for this measurement.

    Inseam: Measure from the crotch (with diaper on if child is in diapers) to the ankle bone on the inside of the leg.

    Hips: Measure (with diaper on if child is in diapers) around the widest area of your child's hiney.

    Armpit: Circle the measuring tape under the armpit and back around the top of the shoulder.
